HAVOGA Organics is a young food company from southern Germany, based near Munich. We supply wholesalers, industry, retail and foodservice across Europe with organic-certified beverages and ingredients.
What sets us apart from traditional trading houses: we grow our strategic ingredients ourselves — through our own subsidiary in Madagascar, from seed to fresh pressing. We know our suppliers personally; every batch is traceable down to the plant. This directness makes fair farm-gate prices possible, alongside the consistent organic certification of every ingredient.
Look where others don’t source, and you find qualities the mass market never sees. It all began in 2021 with a single idea — bringing a Bourbon ginger from the Malagasy highlands to Europe, at a quality that had been all but unknown here. That idea became our company. It still shapes what we do today: exceptional quality, direct from origin, with respect for the people who make it possible.
That first initiative has grown into something larger: a developing network of long-term producer partnerships — both in Madagascar and in Europe. For our customers, this foundation has a direct consequence: we can commit, because we know the routes. Lead times, quantities, qualities — what stands behind every batch can be traced. For us, reliability isn’t a gesture; it’s the result of our supply chain.
